Roll-to-Roll Roller Coater for Film, Foil & Textiles
The Roller Coater (also called roll coating machine) applies a precise, uniform layer of paint, adhesive, varnish, oil, or other liquid coating onto flat panels or continuous rolls of material. It uses one or more rotating rollers to transfer coating from a reservoir to the substrate surface.
The machine is fully customizable - roller hardness, coating gap, number of rollers, drying method, and substrate width - to fit woodworking, metal finishing, flexible packaging, and lab applications.
